Energya Plastics HFFR plant is operational at ISO 7 cleanness standards and produces premium quality Thermoplastic HFFR compounds.

Halogen free flame retardant (HFFR) or low smoke Halogen Free (LSHF) compounds are finding increasing use in W&C markets especially in railways, public buildings and airports where is public safety is of greater matter.  These compounds are based on co-polymers of polyethylene with the addition of flame retardant mineral fillers. They are candid replacements to PVC and other halogenated polymers for applications where lower smoke and acid gas evolution are required in case of fires.

Our HFFR compounds have characteristics of low smoke emissions, low generation of corrosive and toxic gases and low fire propagation characteristics.
