Available in both thermoplastic and thermosetting (cross-linkable) forms and designed to achieve excellent processing and performance results in Wires & cables insulation and sheathing applications.
W&C Insulation / JacketingEnergya Plastics plant is specially designed to produce black thermoplastic PE jacketing compounds as well as produce peroxide cross-linkable semi-conductive compounds for medium voltage power cables. Prime usage of our semi conductive compounds is in the medium voltage cables for screening (or shielding).
MV Semi-Conductive Shielding
Energya Plastics “silane” grafted cross-linkable polyethylene (XLPE) compounds are designed for the insulation of low voltage power cables. The base product is offered with high reactivity catalyst master batch to provide fast cross-linking. Also available in black form for overhead lines applications.
Silane for W&C Insulation
Energya Plastics’ high performance PE based jacketing compounds are used for communication and power cable applications. It contains special antioxidants, UV absorbers, and other additives that make it withstand environment stress cracking, tough outdoor weathering conditions in addition to process ability enhancement.

Energya Plastics produces separate XLPE grade for MV cables with the name of MV-XLPE Extra Clean.
Our plant produces peroxide cross-linkable polyethylene insulation compounds for medium voltage cables up to 36KV. Due to the sensitivity of such application to contaminants larger than 0.2 micron, the cleanness level of materials and all handling and production processes are super important. Process areas are air-tight sealed and maintained under positive pressure and air inside the plant is consciously filtered through hepa filters by special air handling units to maintain an ISO 6 cleanness level in all processing areas and ISO 7 level in RM and FG storage areas.

CABLYAR™ is a high quality and cost-effective filler for multi-core power and telecommunication cables. It is engineered for optimum performance in terms of strength, durability, and adaptability. In the form of yarns, its basic application is to achieve any desired shape by filling voids and gaps between cores during cable assembly prior to final sheathing. It also acts as a cable reinforcing material.
