Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) compounds are naturally biologically and chemically resistant, making them the plastic of choice for tough applications where high resistance to corrosion is required. With the addition of stabilizers and plasticizers, it can become flexible enough to be used in various applications.

Currently, Energya Plastics (PVC plant) mainly produces plasticized PVC compounds that are used in “soft” applications. However, it is capable to produce other PVC grades for conventional extrusion of both soft and rigid compounds.

Plasticized PVC was proven to be excellent in the following applications:

• Cable grades (insulation, sheathing and bedding)

• Extrusion material (such as profiles and hoses)

• Medical grades

• Injection moulding compounds

• Shoe sole material (also with blowing agent)

Given its technical expertise and manufacturing capability, Energya Plastics produces consistently premium quality materials as well as technically challenging grades tailored to meet specific high‐end applications.
